We offer an evening box with arround 450 available tickets (depends on the presale status). It's first come, first served. The doors open at 8:30 pm. Evening box tickets cannot be reserved.

Presale Tickets
Sunday morning tickets are available in presale. These tickets are only valid from 6:00 am to the end (3:00 pm)

on Sunday and guarantee entry on Sunday morning.

Ticket Fraud
Unfortunately, some dishonest people sell fake tickets to make money. Please be careful and feel free to ask us

if you're unsure. To be safe, we recommend buying tickets from private individuals through the platform www.ticketswap.ch.

Entrance: Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Twint
At the bar: Cash, Credit Card or Twint
If you need cash, there's an ATM just around the corner at the post office where you can withdraw money.

One Way?
You can leave and re-enter the Xtra during the party. However, we may introduce a "one-way" entrance at the beginning of the party to avoid big crowds. Once the crowd subsides, re-entry is possible at any time.

Coat Check
Yes, we offer a generous coat check. Please leave your BIG luggage at home if possible. :)

Food & Drinks
Hey, there are several bars in the Xtra, each located on the dance floor. Here you can refresh yourself with delicious drinks and cold beer. You can get food directly at the entrance to the main floor at our food counter. Please note that bringing drinks onto the festival grounds is not allowed. We conduct checks at the entrance to ensure compliance with this rule. Thank you for your understanding.

Restrooms/WCs
Restrooms are located in the entrance foyer, and there are now additional ones in the chillout area (which is newly located in the restaurant). Additional restrooms have been installed in the women's restroom.

Medical Care
If you have an emergency during the festival, you can go to one of the bars or our friendly security personnel. They will help you as quickly as possible and refer you to our professional medical service from LetzHelp.ch, which will take care of you.

Safety
If you're in the gallery, please be careful not to drop anything. The person below will be grateful. Also, watch out for the many stairs to avoid stumbling or falling. Stay safe and enjoy the festival! Free earplugs are available at the bars. Protect your ears and enjoy the festival at full volume! We want you to stay healthy and safe and hope you have a great time with us.

Chillout Area
Hey, we have a large chillout area where you can rest and relax. Here you can recover from the dance floor and recharge your energy. We hope you feel comfortable with us and can fully enjoy the Mystica.

Photos & Videos
Hey! We've installed our photo booth in the foyer again, and this time you can even print out the photos. Create unforgettable memories with your friends and keep the best moments of the festival forever. We're excited to see you at our photo booth! Please note that professional photography on the festival grounds is not allowed. We ask that you don't use your phone too often, as this can affect the atmosphere on the dance floor. Let's have an unforgettable time together and enjoy the vibes!

Smoking
Please note that smoking is allowed on the Side Floor (Podium) and Vision Floor (Panorama), but otherwise not permitted.

Animals
Dogs, Cat's and Monkeys are not allowed on the festival grounds. We appreciate your understanding.

Liability
The organizer accepts no liability for theft, accidents, or incidents.
